Current Responsibilities:

As Senior Accounting Manager, Dawn Marsh has 33 years of real estate accounting experience. She is responsible for all accounting functions including all set up in MRI. She works closely with real estate owners to ensure the reporting for their assets is accurate, timely and compliant with their unique requirements.

Past Experience:

Prior to joining RMA Real Estate, Dawn was an accounting manager at Cushman & Wakefield for 11 years leading a team of five property accountants responsible for approximately 60 retail, office and industrial properties. Some of her main clients were KBS, St Paul Companies and Harrison Street Properties.
