Current Responsibilities:

As President & Co-Founder, Emily Becker has 20 years of property management experience. Emily manages a portfolio of retail properties and oversees property management for RMA Real Estate Services. She is responsible for new business development, strategic planning and formulating best practices.

Past Responsibilities:

Prior to joining RMA Real Estate Services, LLC, Emily was a Senior Property Manager II with Cushman and Wakefield. She managed a portfolio of over 1.3 million square feet comprised of retail, industrial and office.

Professional and Community Involvement:

Emily is a Director on the Board of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA), member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and the St. Cloud State Real Estate Alumni Association. She co-chairs the Corporate Sponsorship Committee and has served as the co-chair of the Networking Committee for MSCA. Emily is a licensed real estate agent and in 2009 obtained the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI).

2015 STARR Award winner for the Renovation/Remodel of Colonial Square Shopping Center. Emily has been awarded the President’s Award from St. Cloud State University Alumni Association.
