Current Responsibilities:

As Senior Property Accountant, Katie has 20 years of real estate accounting experience. She is responsible for thorough accounting and report generation for each of the properties within her portfolio of properties. She works closely with the managers and real estate owners to ensure the reporting is accurate, timely and compliant with their unique requirements.

Past Experience:

Prior to joining RMA Real Estate, Katie was a Senior Property Accountant for Piedmont Office Realty Trust, Inc for 11 years working on over 3 million square feet of Class A office owned by the REIT. Prior to that she worked at Opus Northwest, LLC and United Properties.
