Woodside V Signs RMA as Property Manager

RMA Real Estate Services is excited to announce they have been selected as the property manager for Woodside V by building owners TYAAC Place, LLC.

Built in 1999, Woodside V is a 3-story office building located at 10590 Wayzata Blvd in Minnetonka, Minnesota. The well-maintained property includes 30,000 square feet with woodland and park views and is completely leased with long-standing key tenants.

Perfectly positioned in a highly desired location in the western metro near the intersection of I-394 & Hopkins Crossroads, Woodside V has easy access to major commuting routes and is minutes from bustling retail stores including Ridgedale Mall, Best Buy, Target, Dick's Sporting Goods, and Byerlys.

RMA began services at Woodside V on June 1, 2022, which includes property and construction management, maintenance services and property accounting functions.
