Caribou Coffee Opens at Broadway Square

RMA Real Estate Services is excited to welcome Caribou Coffee to the Broadway Square Shopping Center. Caribou officially opened its doors on July 9, 2021, at the intersection of West Broadway and 85th Ave N in Brooklyn Park.

“Along with building owner CMFG Life Insurance, we are thrilled to add Caribou Coffee to the tenant mix at Broadway Square,” said Emily Becker, RMA Real Estate Services president.

The Broadway Square Caribou Coffee location was designed in a comfortable cabin style and boasts a newly constructed drive thru.

Implementing a drive thru in this location was only made possible with RMA’s collaboration alongside Atlas Commercial Real Estate, Sever Construction, Mohagen Hansen and the City of Brooklyn Park.

“The addition of the drive through in this location was a challenge however, it’s an ideal feature for customers looking to receive convenient, contactless service,” added Becker. “We are grateful to all parties involved for helping to complete the project.”

With a future light rail station planned for the bustling West Broadway intersection and North Hennepin Community College across the street, the location is ideal for Caribou. “There is significant traffic and activity at Broadway Square both from area residents and the commuter college students,” said Becker.

Boasting a number of established businesses combined with the addition of Caribou, Broadway Square will continue to be an attractive destination for years to come.
