RMA Volunteers with Open Arms of Minnesota

RMA Real Estate Services recently participated in a volunteer effort to prepare and package food at Open Arms of Minnesota. The medically tailored food was then delivered to those living with life-threatening illnesses throughout the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota.

“We recognize the tremendous value that Open Arms brings to our community and we fully support their mission,” explained Emily Becker, RMA Real Estate Services president.

Based in Minneapolis, Open Arms of Minnesota has been serving the needs of the community for over 35 years. With the help of 7,500 volunteers, Open Arms delivers 600,000 free meals a year to clients as well as their caregivers and dependents.

“Having access to nutritious meals when experiencing a health crisis aids in the treatment plan and brings comfort and hope during a difficult time,” explained Becker.

With community partnership a core value of RMA, supporting Open Arms has been an easy decision. “These are trying times for many people and we want to support non-profit organizations that are making a difference in the health and vibrancy of the community,” Becker said.
