RMA Welcomes New Employees

RMA Real Estate Services announces new strategic hires to further enhance team support and aid in growth initiatives. RMA is proud to welcome Claire Weepie and Preston Olson to the team.

Joining RMA as an Operations Assistant, Claire Weepie supports the property management and accounting departments. Some of her responsibilities include collecting certificates of insurance and processing rent payments, filtering tenant requests and communications.

"Claire has brought a relationship-driven approach to the Operations Assistant position,” says Emily Becker, RMA Real Estate Services president. "We are thrilled Claire has joined the team as she has immediately proved to be a valuable addition."

Before joining RMA, Claire worked as a Production Coordinator at Burnet Title Minnesota where she focused on administrative and operations support during real estate transactions.

Preston Olson joins RMA as an Accounts Payable Specialist. His primary role is processing invoices, including scanning, uploading and data entry for payments as well as overall support of the accounting department.

“Quickly jumping in, Preston has brought attention to detail and technology expertise to this position,” explained Becker. “We are very excited to see his efficiency and readiness to take on new challenges.”

In addition to working at RMA, Preston will be starting his senior year at the University of St. Thomas and is double majoring in Finance & Real Estate.

Both Claire and Preston will play a critical role as RMA continues to grow. Please join us in welcoming them both to the team.
