Eagandale’s New Owner Signs RMA as Property Manager

RMA Real Estate Services is excited to announce they have been selected as the property manager for Eagandale Tech Center by new building owners Dakota REIT.

"We have a long-standing partnership with Dakota REIT, and we are thrilled to be working with them on their latest acquisition,” says Emily Becker, RMA Real Estate Services president. “We appreciate the trust they continue to place in RMA and are excited to add Eagandale.”

Built in 1998, Eagandale Tech Center is a commercial building located at 1303 Corporate Center Drive, Eagan, Minnesota. Well-positioned in the southern metro near the intersection of I-494 & Pilot Knob Road, Eagandale has easy access to major commuting routes and is minutes from the MSP International Airport.

Recently remodeled, the building boasts full height windows with a total of 76,770 square feet. The commercial space is completely leased with 4 key tenants including Lockheed Martin and Leidos.

RMA will begin services at Eagandale on October 1, 2021, which include property and construction management, maintenance services and property accounting functions.

Dakota REIT owns and operates commercial and multi-family residential properties throughout the upper Midwest. “With their latest purchase of Eagandale, Dakota REIT continues to increase their commitment to commercial assets in the Twin Cities metro area,” explained Becker.

RMA is the property manager on record for nine Dakota REIT properties including City West Financial, Vadnais Square and Eagle Point Office Center.
