Vadnais Square Shopping Center Welcomes Marshalls

The highly anticipated Marshalls’ store opened on October 14 in the Vadnais Square Shopping Center. RMA Real Estate Services along with property owners Dakota REIT are pleased to welcome the national retailer into the tenant mix.

Vadnais Square Shopping Center is located in the north metro at the intersection of Interstate 35E and County Road E in Vadnais Heights and serves the suburbs of White Bear Lake, North Oaks, Vadnais Heights, and Little Canada.

With convenient access and high visibility from major commuting routes and key national tenants, the shopping center has become a destination. “Including the fast-food restaurants, grocery and retail stores, health and beauty stores, Vadnais Square is a one-stop area to get all that you need,” said Emily Becker, RMA Real Estate Services president.

The 123,626 square foot shopping center tenants including Target, Fresh Thyme, Famous Footwear, Jersey Mike's Subs, Erik's Bike Shop, Amazing Lash Studio and Sassy Nails.

With a tight timeline, the Marshalls’ project started in June to remodel a large portion of the space formerly occupied by a fitness gym into the desired building needed for Marshalls.

Foss Swim School will be remodeling the remaining portion of the former fitness gym and anticipate opening the spring of 2022.
